Consultants Case Review

We work regularly with local businesses to help improve their premises. On this particular occasion we were contacted by an existing client who had inadvertently begun using industrial premises for a new coach depot; a use that the Local Council considered to be beyond the existing use.

After entering into long and challenging negotiations on behalf of our client, the Local Council planners invited us to submit a planning application. Our transport consultant, supported by a recommendation of approval by the Local Planning Officer, successfully gained retrospective planning permission for our clients at the planning committee.
