Steve Fraser-Lim
Steve is a town planner with more than 17 years of experience. Over this time he has gained comprehensive experience of development management issues through work for both local planning authorities and as a planning consultant. In addition, he has developed a detailed knowledge of planning issues in urban areas, in particular inner London, Cambridge, Norwich and Ipswich.
Steve has worked on large and small developments, including mixed residential and commercial developments, changes of use, planning appeals, and influencing planning policy development. His knowledge and understanding of planning system and the implications of the policies driving decisions made in local government give his clients a clear advantage.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with high quality planning advice and so are excited for Steve to join our cooperative of property professionals.
