Nigel is an experienced chartered town planner and surveyor with over 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors. He has worked with a range of high profile clients including IM Properties and Deloitte Real Estate as well as working in senior positions with Quintain Estates and Development Plc, Chartwell Land, Thames Water Property Ltd and the London Docklands Development Corporation.

Nigel’s experience includes securing planning permission for notable development proposals across the UK. This includes planning permission for 1,000 dwellings forming part of a larger 3,000 unit settlement in Stratford on Avon, as well as residential development of a vacant industrial site for 223 units in Bedfordshire. Nigel has also played a key role with one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects, the ‘Wembley City’ project, involving the development of 85 acres surrounding the stadium, encompassing a new residential, leisure and retail district. This impressive repertoire of work stems from his enthusiasm to create viable  strategies, liaising positively with local stakeholders and managing external teams. Nigel has join our Cooperative to spearhead larger development proposals and to assist our clients with their major applications.
