Fiona is an experienced town planning consultant having worked in private consultancy in both London and Manchester.
After obtaining an Honours degree in Geography at the University of Glasgow, Fiona returned to undertake a Masters degree in City Planning and Regeneration. Following completion of her Masters Fiona started her planning career in London with Savills, before moving onto CBRE in Manchester. Fiona has extensive experience of working on a broad range of planning applications including householder applications, listed buildings, green belt development, changes of use, large scale commercial and residential schemes, as well as sports developments and educational institutions. This has involved working with a range of clients from individuals to housebuilders, private developers and charitable organisations.
In addition to the above, Fiona has also worked on a number of planning appeals and has experience of discharging planning conditions and negotiating planning obligations. Fiona is a motivated and driven planner with a strong track record of securing positive planning outcomes for her clients.
