CHANGE-OF-USE-Camberley-Trampoline-Park-large-1Fuller Long made history by securing planning approval for the UK’s first indoor Trampoline Park, ‘Gravity Force’ which opened in Camberley, Surrey.

With planning officers initially recommending refusal for the change of use on the grounds of loss of ‘B’ use class in a designated Core Employment Area, the key to securing permission was to demonstrate the health and economic benefits the proposal would bring to the area and its residents. For the Council, the development would bring a vacant industrial unit (empty for over 3 years) back into active use.

The Officer’s recommendation to refuse permission was subsequently overturned at committee and received a unanimous vote in favour of approval by Councillors.
